Who you are buying from

This website is operated by ELVAROSE BEAUTY LLC, a limited liability company registered in Colorado, United States, at 1500 N Grant St Ste N, Denver, CO 80203, trading as holidaysurprisez. In these terms, "we" and "us" means ELVAROSE BEAUTY LLC. By placing an order you agree to the terms on this page.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send you a shipping confirmation. Until then we may decline an order, for example if the item is unavailable, if the price shown was wrong, or if we cannot verify the payment or the delivery address. If we decline, we refund you in full.

You can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund by emailing support@holidaysurprisez.com.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Sales tax is not added at checkout. Import duties are included in the price. Payment is taken at the time of the order and processed by Stripe.

Delivery

Orders ship from our manufacturing partner's warehouse overseas. The estimate is 3 to 5 business days to process and 8 to 12 business days in transit, so 11 to 17 business days in total. These are estimates, not guarantees, and a carrier delay or a customs check can push them out. We deliver only to the 48 contiguous states and the District of Columbia. Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return a ring. We pay return shipping and charge no restocking fee. The conditions are set out on our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Product information

We describe each ring as accurately as we can, using the specifications given to us by our manufacturing partner. Screens render colour differently, and handmade and adjustable pieces vary slightly from one to the next. Where a description turns out to be materially wrong, your remedy is the return and refund process above.

Your account and conduct

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under it. You may not use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, or to place fraudulent orders.

Our content

The text, layout and store name on this site belong to ELVAROSE BEAUTY LLC or to the parties who licensed them to us. You may not copy or republish them commercially without written permission.

Limits on our liability

Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our total liability for an order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including a gift that does not arrive in time for a particular date.
