How you can pay
Card payments on holidaysurprisez are processed by Stripe. You can pay with the major credit and debit cards Stripe supports, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
We list here only what actually works at our checkout. If a payment badge or wallet is not shown on the checkout page itself, we do not accept it.
What appears on your statement
Your card statement will show a charge from holidaysurprisez. If you see a charge you do not recognise, email support@holidaysurprisez.com with the date and amount and we will identify it for you rather than leaving you to dispute it blind.
When you are charged
Your card is authorised and charged when the order is placed. If we cannot fulfil an order, we refund it in full to the same card.
Currency and tax
All prices are in US dollars. We do not add sales tax at checkout, and import duties are already included in the price shown on the product page.
Card security
Card details are entered on Shopify's checkout and handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
Refunds
Refunds are returned to the card used for the order. We cannot pay a refund onto a different card. Timing is on our Refund & Returns Policy page.
