Our rings are made by a partner workshop in China and sent directly to your address. Nothing sits in a US warehouse first. That is why a ring takes 11 to 17 business days rather than two, and why a sterling silver band costs under eighty dollars.
The majority of these bands open at the back. You squeeze them smaller or ease them wider across two or three US sizes, so buying for someone else does not come down to a guess. Sized rings list their sizes on the product page.
You have 30 days from delivery. Email us and a prepaid label comes back the same day, with no restocking fee. We issue the refund 5 to 7 business days after the ring reaches our warehouse in New Jersey.
Neither are most people buying a ring as a gift, which is why almost everything here adjusts. For the bridal sets and eternity bands that do need a size, there is a two minute paper-strip method and a millimetre chart.
